Michael is an executive development professional with more than 20 years of experience in communication, leadership development, personality assessment and coaching, and design thinking. He also possesses a deep passion for the neurosciences and their practical application to modern organizational life. Since moving to Singapore in 2002, he has facilitated sessions for more than 10,000 executives. His work has been featured in the New York Times. In 2011 he received the Champion’s Award from the Central and Eastern European Management Association for innovative programmes, and his most recent entrepreneurship case study received the Best Case award from EFMD. Michael has consulted with EY’s People Advisory Services, Heidrick Consulting, and held fulltime faculty positions at SMU, University of Minnesota, and visiting appointments in Argentina, Finland, Germany, Japan, and Slovenia.
